Losing 4 pounds with a diet

If our requirement is to lose a little weight, as required in the arrival of summer ', possimo orient to a light diet for 4 pounds. In this case we observe a diet for two weeks, then a week of maintenance and new 2-week diet. Great way also to combat water retention .

Every day we eat:

dinner choice:

50g wholemeal pasta with vegetables, a hard and UVO-2 plums
a bowl of vegetable soup with croutons 30g ; 150g of sole steamed, boiled spinach or a fishing
-30g of rice with a handful of peas, 150g of grilled swordfish and grilled zucchini, and 2 slices of pineapple
-30g of pasta with a handful of beans, soft cheese 80g, 150g of tomatoes, 2 apricots

Shakes:
-200g carrots, juice of 1 orange 100ml whole milk
-350g of blackberries, 350 fresh pineapple, whole milk 100ml
-275g cranberries or raspberries, 275g of watermelon, cucumber 275g, 100g-175g yogurt
of melon, cucumber, 125g, 125g avocado, 50g apricots, a tablespoon of wheat germ, whole milk 100ml
-1 banana, 2 peach, an apple, 125g whole milk and a pinch of cinnamon

For diet 4 pounds in one month are granted each day 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil for seasoning and cooking, 2 slices of bread for a total of 60g, 2 teaspoons of virgin honey. Drinking plain water, no tea to sugar and alcohol.
