3rd Birthday Invitations Wordings



To live long and prosper a business or institution, the leader must not only know how to choose, but also train its employees to make them grow. To do that has to deal with them, motivate them, test them, fix them, groped them again. I have seen many entrepreneurs, however, many managers and senior civil servants who instead tend to concentrate everything into their own hands. Employees assigned to a limited task-specific, provide little information. And God forbid if someone spreads a bit 'his view, if it's new original ideas, if you take action. Because they act this way? Some do because they are poor, they can not tackle and solve problems, can not decide. Chat, promise, lead to. Do not delegate because they fear that employees can overcome them, are terrified that some of them may obscure their role and, tomorrow, usurp the place. Envy anyone to emerge and therefore the brakes, frustrating, paralyzing him. However, there are leaders who, despite being active and energetic, do not delegate and do not teach. Typically do so because they have no faith in human beings, are suspicious, they see conspiracies everywhere and intrigue, and fear that employees can make mistakes and make them do bad shape. They want only the performers around him, not the employees. To justify saying that people are not capable, in fact underestimate others and overestimate themselves. They are authoritarian, they want to be the only one of the protagonists, but almost always fail because they lose time in matters of detail and ignore the important ones. Finally, there are leaders who do not grow their own employees because they think only of themselves. He does not care about the institution that govern its development, its future, just want to make a good impression and succeed until their head. He does not care what happens next, do not want neither a successor nor a beneficiary, do not care. Who cares then to raise her, training, them to become leaders? Only those who feel strong enough to be able to help others, only those who think more of himself and the institution which is considered a tool to guide for making things good and long lasting. It understands that if he surrounds himself with people who are motivated, effective and capable in the end it will have merit and recognition.
